Tasks

Goals, scored challenges, and objectives for participants to complete

Golden Hour Glow

Capture a portrait that emphasizes the beauty of natural light. Choose a location that allows for the golden hour's soft, warm light. Aim for backlighting to create a halo effect or use fill light to soften shadows on the model's face.

Position your model so the sun is behind them, then adjust the angle to achieve a glowing outline.

Silhouette Challenge

Create a dramatic silhouette portrait. Set your subject against a bright background and expose for the highlights to turn them into a dark shape. This task calls for precise positioning and creativity to achieve striking results.

Ensure there's a clear light source behind your model and adjust your exposure settings accordingly.
